Ideas on how to cope with daily unwanted anxiety. I started this website because I want to help people who struggle with Anxiety everyday.. How to improve mindset, change their diet, exercise ideas and routines. Promote products that I have used myself. The content comes from my own personal experience. It comes from my research and study on topics. The content comes from ideas and strategies that I have developed over 25 years dealing with and overcoming this problem. Personal experience. I did not learn coping techniques in school, or through text books someone else wrote. I have dealt with it, by learning ideas and putting them to use. Going through the ups and downs. Going through the failures. What worked from me and what doesn’t work. I am better because I know how to get started on step 1. I know how to begin with baby steps. That’s what separates me.
